The Cancer Fighting Princess is committed to increasing breast cancer awareness among young women and supporting Pittsburgh-based cancer research while also providing financial support for under and un-insured women and men.

Founded in 2009 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, CFP was created through the vision of BRCA-2 survivor, Melissa Ward (also known as the Cancer Fighting Princess). Through its unique branding strategy and identity as the Cancer Fighting Princess, CFP continues to grow steadily across the globe raising awareness and supporting qualifying research programs in and around the Pittsburgh area.
